VETRA COMMAND
PRIVACY POLICY
WEBSITE PRIVACY AI INFORMATION AND YOUR CHOICES
UPDATED
WHO THIS NOTICE COVERS
This notice describes the public VETRA website, including browsing, downloadable materials, the demo form and contact forms. The AI Privacy page explains the types of information involved in AI-assisted platform work and the choices to discuss for your workspace.
Confidential company records in the VETRA app and Command portal are subject to the privacy information, configuration and agreements for that service. This public website does not give visitors access to company records or run company AI jobs on their behalf.
INFORMATION WHEN YOU VISIT
Your browser sends technical information needed to load the website, such as your IP address, requested page and browser information, to the hosting service. That service may process request and security logs to operate, protect and troubleshoot the website.
The website's own code does not include advertising pixels, visitor analytics scripts or tools that sell information. Fonts and images are served with the website rather than loaded from third-party font or advertising networks.
DEMO AND CONTACT ENQUIRIES
The demo form asks for your full name, business email address, company name, company website, industry and the work you want to explore. A phone number is optional. These fields help the team respond to your demo enquiry. Do not enter passwords, identity documents or confidential operational information.
The contact forms ask for your full name, email address, enquiry type and message. Company name is optional. When you submit a form, the website sends the entries to its configured AWS request endpoint. Unfinished entries remain in the open page; the website does not save them to browser storage. Your browser’s own autofill or session-restoration features are separate.
Enquiry details are provided for the VETRA team to respond to your request. A request acceptance message does not itself confirm delivery to an inbox. If a request cannot be confirmed, the form keeps your entries and displays an error. Contact the team for information about handling, retention or deletion of a submitted enquiry.
THE VETRA WELCOME GUIDE
The welcome guide explains public website features, AI tools, bot roles and workflow steps. In website guidance mode, questions are matched to published VETRA content within your browser. This does not send a question to an AI provider or access a company account.
If a connected AI answer service is configured, the notice below the question field identifies that questions are sent to that service. The question and up to three recent question and answer pairs are sent to the configured VETRA endpoint to prepare a response. The guide has no connection to private company records, account permissions or operational actions. Do not enter passwords, personal documents, confidential records or access tokens.
Conversation text stays in the open page memory and is not saved by the website to local storage or session storage. Clear Conversation removes that page conversation and cancels any pending browser request; it does not recall information already sent to a configured service or delete service logs. Questions do not transfer when you navigate to another page.
One session storage preference remembers that the welcome message has been shown in that tab. It contains no conversation text or visitor identifier. Website links used by a walkthrough may include a public guide identifier and step number to resume the guidance on another page. Hosting and any configured AI service can process technical logs under their applicable settings and terms. The X hides the floating guide for the current page. It appears again when a page is opened or reloaded. You can reopen help at any time from Ask A Question in the navigation or footer. Closing the guide does not save a permanent dismissal preference.
Listen is optional and starts with sound off. Public guide answers use prepared synthetic recordings in the selected language and voice, served by this website. Playing those recordings does not send your question to a speech provider. Ask By Voice starts microphone input only when you choose it and grant browser permission. Your browser’s speech-recognition service may process audio on its provider’s servers to create a transcript. Language and microphone availability depend on your browser and its service. The website does not upload or store raw microphone recordings; it uses the transcript as your question. The transcript follows the same page-memory and answer-service handling described above. You can cancel microphone input, type instead, or revoke permission in browser settings. Changing language, leaving the page or closing the guide ends microphone capture. Choosing Write or closing the guide stops narration. A walkthrough may keep narration playing while minimizing the guide to show a website section. Voice and speed choices remain in page memory.
CONTACT INFORMATION AND RETENTION
Contact buttons open a form on this website. They do not open your email application. The enquiry type identifies whether your question concerns privacy, cookies, accessibility or use of website materials. The forms do not accept attachments.
There is no website database of demo or contact enquiries in this release. Hosting logs are separate from the page's temporary form entries. Contact the VETRA team to ask about information associated with your enquiry, retention or deletion.
YOUR CHOICES AND REQUESTS
You can browse the website and download the overviews without completing the demo form. You can also use your browser settings to manage cookies, saved form values and browsing history.
Depending on the law that applies to you and the information involved, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, or to object to or restrict certain uses. Contact the VETRA team to make a request. Please identify the relevant enquiry without sending sensitive documents; identity verification may be needed before information can be disclosed.
BUSINESS USERS AND CHILDREN
VETRA is a business service intended for authorized users aged 18 or over. Do not submit personal information about children through the public enquiry forms. Contact the privacy team if you believe a child has provided personal information.
LINKED SERVICES AND UPDATES
Command Platform Login takes you to a separate service with its own account, access and data-handling arrangements. External websites operate under their own policies.
The update date identifies this notice's current version. Changes to the website's data collection or connected services should be reflected here.
